Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) is a premier NAAC A+ accredited state private university located in Changa, Anand District of Gujarat. Established in 2009 under the Gujarat Private Universities Act by Shri Charotar Moti Sattavis Patidar Kelavani Mandal, a not-for-profit educational trust with a legacy of over a century in social service and education, the university proudly celebrates the completion of 25 years of its educational journey, marking a sustained commitment to quality learning, research, innovation, and community impact.

CHARUSAT is led by Shri Surendra Patel, President, with academic direction from Dr. Atul M. Patel, Provost, and administrative stewardship by Dr. Binit Patel, Registrar. The university is recognised for institutional quality, being honoured as one of the Prestigious Learning Institutes of India 2025 by ET Edge, and earning the QS I-GAUGE Institution of Happiness certification, highlighting its emphasis on student well-being, modern pedagogy, and holistic development. Functioning through 10 constituent institutes under 7 academic faculties, CHARUSAT offers more than 60+ undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs across disciplines, including Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Computer Applications, Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medical Sciences, Paramedical Sciences, and Humanities, nurturing a community of 10,000+ students guided by 600+ dedicated faculty members.

Spread across a 125-acre green campus, the university provides state-of-the-art infrastructure, advanced laboratories, innovation ecosystems, and a pioneering digital paperless examination system, the first of its kind in Gujarat, where more than 10,000 students take exams on tablets, saving approximately 12 lakh worth of paper, which equals to about 150 trees preserved, while ensuring secure cloud-based question delivery and efficient online evaluation.
